Downloathable Content #005: The Walking Dead
Our latest edition of Downloathable Content sees the return of Phil Andrews as well as the introduction of new co-host Mystic Violet. Together we tackle The Walking Dead game released by Telltale Games over the duration of the year. The first half of the podcast focuses on spoiler-free discussion so anyone that hasn’t played can listen in. Then we segue into the spoiler content where we sit there and, well, gush about how great this game is and how it didn’t tug on our heart strings, but yank them hard and make us cry for mercy.

THOUGHTS
It’s been quite a while, so I was certainly out of practice when recording (not that I was ever in practice to begin with). I was a poor host and leader here, needing to come prepared not only with something to say, but something that will help engage my co-hosts more often. We struggle to discuss things in the pre-spoiler section, and don’t really hit a stride until close to the end of the spoilers. Ultimately it turned into more of a gushing session.
It was a good time, but next time I’m going to have to make better preparations when I want to spend the entire podcast discussing a single game rather than a more broad topic or various games together.
If there seem to be any syncing issues, please let me know. There was some difficulties putting this one together and the audio may not be aligned properly. I tested it, but not thoroughly.
