Eh! Steve! What did you think about 2018?
Everyone else may be finished with their Game of the Year round-ups, but Steve and I are nothing if not fashionably late in all things we do. Therefore we go down the list of the most notable games we played in 2018. Naturally, this means we’re missing a lot of the big titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII, and Celeste. We’re limited by budget, time, and interest, after all. However, I feel we cover a good variety that also helps indicate what sort of games we like, so we’ve inadvertently also made a pretty good first episode to jump in on.
As noted, we’ve already discussed some of these games in full. Iconoclasts, God of War, and Marvel’s Spider-Man all have more thorough discussions if you’d like to hear our complete thoughts on those.
