This week Gerry, Woodward and I discuss E3 2014, a show that I’m actually feeling quite optimistic about. In addition to my GamersWithJobs article Dog and Yoshi Show I’ll also be putting together a blog post for this page describing some of my thoughts not mentioned in the podcast. On the whole, however, I and the others feel good. While there’s very little to get us excited like the days of our youth, everyone had something they were curious about. Whether it was a big triple-A title or an indie, there was something for everyone. That’s about as good of an E3 as you can hope to get.
You can find more of Gerry’s content at his Geek Bravado blog and his YouTube series Retro Flashback.
You can follow Woodward on his Demon Boxing blog and the Principled Uncertainty podcast.
Music is from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds for the Nintendo 3DS.
