RambleCast - Open-Worlds in the Next Generation
You can check out the latest RambleCast by subscribing on iTunes, by downloading directly, or via RSS. If you use the Zune software, go to Collection -> Podcasts and select “Add a Podcast” in the lower left-hand corner, then drop the RSS URL, or search the Podcast Marketplace for “The RambleCast”.
The latest episode is a bit late due to busy schedules, and as a result the chemistry is a bit wonky with some rust. Or at least, that’s my take on it. We discuss games such as Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, The Wonderful 101 and Grand Theft Auto V before diving into the meaty topic: our thoughts on open-world games becoming a more common trend in the next-generation, as well as the inclusion of drop-in/drop-out persistent multiplayer.
